What are the shipping rates?
We ship for free within Belgium! For other countries, our shipping rates are calculated automatically at check-out and you can find them on the homepage under "shipping & returns".
When will my order arrive?
We always aim for a delivery within 2-3 working days (Belgium) and maximum 5 working days within EU countries. After placing your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email email@example.com
How are The Sunshine Club boxes shipped?
By Post/mail (Bpost or PostNL). You can choose to have it delivered at home or at a collection point. You will have to sign for receipt to receive our Sunny boxes because they are shipped with insurance.
Can I choose delivery at a collection point?
Yes, you can easily choose this at checkout. This is currently only possible within Belgium.
What if I was not at home during the delivery?
You will receive a note in the letterbox and then you can pick up our Sunny Box at a postal point.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so that you can follow your Sunny Box
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries within Europe (The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark,…) . You can easily find this on our checkout page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible if you would like to change something. We can update your information for a short time only, before your order ships.
Can I send a Sunny Box directly to a loved one?
Yes, that's possible! You can easily enter the address of your loved one at checkout. They will never receive an invoice because we only send it by email.
What if I want to order multiple boxes for different addresses?
You will currently have to enter and pay this separately. If this concerns a large order, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do for you!
Which payment options do you accept?
You can pay securely online with PayPal, Bancontact, Credit Card, KBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, Apple Pay, SOFORT Banking and iDEAL.
Can I get a business invoice?
Yes, you can tick this at the checkout and we will send it by email. Don't forget to check this!
Is my invoice included with the delivery?
No, there is never an invoice with the delivery so that you can send our Sunny box directly to a loved one and no paper is wasted. You will only receive your invoice by email.
Can I return my order?
Oh we would be sorry to hear that! You can return your package within 14 days of receipt. This is only possible if the products are unopened and undamaged. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return. Returns are at your own expense. If we receive your package and it meets the conditions, the amount will be refunded. You can find more information about this in our general terms and conditions.
What should I do if something went wrong with my order?
Send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible and add photos in case of damage.
If you want to do an official complaint, this is necessary within 8 days of receipt by registered mail in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes, you can add a greeting card to your sunny box on which we can write a text for you, or you can fill it in yourself afterwards.
Can I put together a sunny gift box myself?
Unfortunately this is currently not possible. If you would like this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do for you.
Are your Sunny boxes completely vegan and cruelty free?
ABSOLUTE! Both the products and the packaging of our Sunny boxes are completely vegan and cruelty free. We really paid attention to every detail, which is why our boxes and the packaging do not contain any materials that are produced in an animal-unfriendly way, which unfortunately is often the case.
Are your products organic/natural?
Most products are 100% natural. You can always find this in the product info. As you can see, we work with a lot of brands that carry an organic label (such as the Ecocert, COSMOS, or NatCert label).
Can I find more information about the brands you work with?
Yes, we like to put our brands in the spotlight in our blogs. You can find this under the “blog” tab on the homepage.
Do you pay attention to sustainability?
Absolute! And this on several levels:
1) The packaging: To protect the gift box and products, we use environmentally friendly, recyclable wood and a tea towel made of organic cotton that you can reuse.
2) Our sunny box itself. This is a sturdy magnetic box that you can reuse.
2) Have you noticed that we work with a lot of brands that attach great importance to sustainability? We have focused on brands that are vegan, cruelty free and clean and most brands are also sustainable.
Can I request a collaboration?
Of course! We are happy to welcome new brands that meet our values and we are also open to other collaborations! Send an email to email@example.com with the subject "cooperation".
Can I share sunshine?
Definitely! We like to further expand our 'community' and this is only possible with people who share the same values. Spread positivity and sunshine by sharing our story on social media @thesunshineclub.be and #sunshineclub
